![]() ![]() I called them again to resolve the matter but they insisted I still owed them so I told them I would pay at least $50 a month to pay it off since I had to pay the other carrier for the same tablet. When I called them, they would only drop the tablet but not fix their error. The three cell phones were transferred on both ends but for some reason the tablet was transferred on the new carrier but not dropped from AT&T. We transferred three cell phones and one tablet to the other carrier. My husband wanted to change from AT&T to another carrier so we changed in March. TYPICAL for this company.ĪT&T is very unprofessional. I asked to speak to her manager and like always they had just went into a meeting and will be a very long time but they will transfer me until I hang up. Now I have to wait around on my Saturday for 4 hours in hopes the next one will show. I took off a half of day of work and they charged me $100 for the box. All she said was sorry when can we reschedule. I said, I h e no missed phone calls, no voicemail and I’ve been home since 1pm waiting for ATT to arrive. I had to call them asking where their technician is and they say well he “described my house” he said “he called”. No phone call from technician, no door bell ring, no text, nothing. I took off a half of day of work because their blocked hour are in 4 hour increments. Their customer service just says sorry there is nothing I can do about it. If you’re with them it’s probably not by choice. Absolutely terrible company yet they are everywhere and at some places you can only use them. ![]()
